Re-activating Passport Appointments

What You Will Need...

  • Applicant Name
  • Who is Coming (often same person)
  • Applicant Date of Birth
  • First Line of Address & Postcode
     
  • Passport Office Name
  • Time & Date of FT Appointment
  • FT Appointment Number
     
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address (which is Contact ID @submissionsupport.co.uk)

HM Phone Line Process

Call 0300 222 0000 and as soon as you hear "Thank you for calling Her Majesty's..." press option 8 on your keypad.

When you hear "For Information on Passport Photos..." press option 3.

When you get through to agent say...

"I was being connected to the re-bookings team but I got cut off"

If they ask why you didnt attend its's because you had Covid. If they say why havent you called earlier say you have but the on hold time is over an hour and the call just cuts.
